4月1日，陕西榆林市一名男子在检修工厂监控电缆时，因安全带滑落被困空中。被困人所在位置为府谷县大岔镇，地处偏远乡村距离消防站约60公里。府谷县民生二路消防救援站消防员赶到时，男子已在离地30米高的电缆上，被困约2小时。经过约10分钟，男子就被消防员缓缓降到地面。
